HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO REPAIR MY ITEM?
Our turnaround times average around 14 business days upon arrival. Time may vary upon damage level and the number of modules to be repaired. Also, not receiving the corresponding gear to light up and test the module could alter the turnaround time.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept the following forms of payments: Electronic money transfer, Printed Check, Cash. Full payment is expected immediately upon service completion.
WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR REPLACEMENT PARTS FROM?
We can work with whatever spare parts you may have. In most cases we will be able to recycle your "unrepairable modules" If you have modules that have been marked as unrepairable by your manufacturer, the module's parts can be reused on other modules of the same batch. Therefore, do not throw away your unrepairable modules. PCB repair paper is purchased directly from the product's manufacturer in most cases. If the manufacturer does not have a certain part, we may contact and quote the needed part from another retailer.
CAN YOU REPAIR MY ITEM ONSITE?
Although we are located in Florida, we also offer onsite repair services. Our onsite repair service can save you a lot in time and shipping fees. Travel and lodging fees may apply.
